MacHTTP & NCSA Mosaic for Macintosh

You should never use the performance or results you get when connecting Mosaic to MacHTTP on the same Mac as a measure of performance. Mosaic is a CPU and MacTCP hog and MacHTTP has a hard time sneaking in enough processor cycles to serve effectively. This is only a problem if you are trying to connect the client to the server on the same Mac. This is why it goes away if you connect from a different Mac.
